From September 2019, EA will be sending email communication that is relevant to all principals on a designated day each week. This new process aims to help streamline EA email communications with principals and reduce the volume of emails principals receive from EA on a daily basis.

The health and safety section provides advice and guidance to Education Authority (EA) employees, Governors, and Principals on the execution of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work (NI) Order 1978.
Information and resources are provided for school Governors, Principals, Designated Teachers/Deputy Designated Teachers and for all EA staff including those with designated safeguarding responsibilities to support them in safeguarding children and young people.
